Presently, TDCX Philippines employs around 4,000 people from its sites in Metro Manila and Cebu City. By the end of 2021, the company’s goal is to expand its manpower to a headcount of 5,400. Including growth and backfill, this means 2,800 more Filipinos are expected to snag and enjoy promising BPO career opportunities this year.
