Local beauty brand Colourette Cosmetics re-launches the Colourbalms with a juicy upgrade just in time for summer with their #GotTheJuice campaign. The Colourbalms are an everyday tinted gloss balm that comes in 9 universally flattering shades for Filipinos of every skin tone, and are available on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, colourette.ph, and selected retail stores for P399 each.

Because customers are the beating heart of Colourette’s product development process, founder and CEO Nina Ellaine Dizon-Cabrera actively involves the brand’s community in the evolution of the new Colourbalm packaging. Since its first launch in April 2021, many fans have raved about the product’s lightweight and non-sticky formula; however, the original tube packaging leaves much room for improvement in terms of being travel-friendly and ease of application.
The new and improved Colourbalms now come in a leakproof bottle to keep the product fresh and secure, and a thick doe foot applicator for a more precise and even coating specially requested by members of the Colourette Club Facebook group. The Colourbalms are infused with Candelilla Wax, a vegan and cruelty-free wax alternative to coat your lips with an intensely nourishing protective barrier, and Vitamin E packed with antioxidants to help reduce lip lines, and soothe dry or chapped lips.
To celebrate the re-launch of the Colourbalms, Colourette held its first ever community event—Colourbalm City—last February 25 in Quezon City. Among the attendees were Colourette fans, endearingly nicknamed as Loucarettes, as well as a couple of members from the Colourette Clique, the brand’s own beauty influencer circle. They spent the afternoon playing mini games, building each other up, trying out the new products, and winning limited edition goodies. The Loucarettes were thankful for a chance to attend a beauty event usually exclusive to influencers only, and are looking forward to the next one soon!
