Solaire Resort & Casino, the Philippines’ leading luxury integrated resort formally topped off its anticipated second property situated in Vertis North, Quezon City last July 25, 2022.
Officially named “Solaire Resort North”, the addition to the Solaire brand aims to capture and cater to the northern and eastern markets of Metro Manila and the National Capital Region. Solaire Resort North is Quezon City’s first 5-star destination built to promote the city’s tourism sector and local economy. The property is expected to also offer hotel, gaming, restaurants and bars, meeting facilities, and retail spaces like its pioneer development, Solaire Resort & Casino in Entertainment City in Paranaque.
Leading the topping off ceremony were Donato Almeda, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation Vice Chairman for Construction and Regulatory Affairs, Jose Eduardo Alarilla, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation Vice Chairman, Hon. Joy Belmonte, Mayor of Quezon City, Hon. Gian Sotto, Vice Mayor of Quezon City, Lizzy Razon, Gianpietro Iseppi, Senior Vice President of ResortOperations for Solaire Resort North, Jorge Consunji, President and CEO of D.M. Consunji Inc., and Mick Slocombe, Executive Vice President of Engineering, Prime BMD.
The event was also attended by key members of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation, Sureste Properties, Inc., Solaire Resort & Casino, as well as the project’s partners DMCI, Prime BMD, Arcadis, Habitus, Sy2 and Associates Inc., Casas and Architects Inc., and Forsspac.
