Critically acclaimed DJ and producer Matoma has released his first single of 2022: “Take Me To The Sunshine” with SUPER-Hi and vocalist BullySongs. The song is filled with optimism and good vibes, something we could all have more of this year. Collaborators Super-Hi add their productive flair and BullySongs’s vocals pull the whole track together.
Matoma shares, “I wanted to start 2022 with a banger! For me this song is all about stepping out of bad times, and onto the dancefloor to let yourself go.“
Following previous singles “Never Surrender” featuring Steve Garrigan of Kodaline and “Summer Feeling” featuring Jonah Kagen, which scored record numbers of streams in their first week, Matoma is proving time after time that he is a force in the current electronic world. “Never Surrender” has taken off with Steve and Matoma delivering an exclusive performance on The Tonight Show on NET TV, Indonesia’s top nightly talk show, along with the track entering 17 radio stations across Southeast Asia – including Hard Rock FM (Indonesia) and Rad Radio (Thailand), and amassed millions of streams in under a month.
Matoma is currently appearing on the Norwegian version of ‘The Voice’, having previously coached country singer Erlend Gunstveit to victory.
