LAS PINAS DISTRIBUTES 150,000 NOCHE BUENA PACKS

The City government of Las Pinas distributed the tickets for the 150,000 Noche Buena packages that will be given to all senior citizens, persons with disability and those belonging to indigent families in the city.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the tickets for “Pamaskong Handog” of the local government were already allocated to the 20 barangays in the city since Dec. 18.

Mayor Aguilar wanted to finish the distribution of “Pamaskong Hadog” tickets up to Dec. 22 for the beneficiaries to have something to prepare and eat in time for the celebration on Christmas eve.

She said it’s been a traditional activity of the city government to distribute “Pamaskong Handog” for the senior citizens, PWDs and indigent families.

“I wanted all the Las Piñeros to have something on their table in celebration of Christmas. In our own little way, the city government can make them happy and celebrate a joyful Christmas,” Mayor Aguilar said.

Meanwhile, Vice-Mayor April Aguilar said she sees to it that the distribution of the Noche Buena packages is in order by visiting the different barangays in the city.

The vice-mayor said the Noche Buena packages distributed to the beneficiaries contain spaghetti noodles and sauce, condensed milk, fruit cocktails and others.
