The brunch affair commences with a visual feast at every action station offering an extensive selection of appetizers to warm up the palate; continuing with a varied fare of kushiyaki or grilled skewered seafood, red meat, poultry and vegetable items to further whet the appetite; a choice of seafood and vegetable tempura; sautéed or grilled variety of seafood, meat, and vegetables complemented with a hearty selection of rice, salad and soup dishes. Diners choose their preferred dishes from the display counter, which chefs prepare fresh from the kitchen, and are served on mini plates and lacquer masu (Japanese cups) to be enjoyed family style. Guests can also opt to remain at their table and pick dishes off the brunch menu as they enjoy their choice mocktail, chilled juice, soda, tea or coffee that are included in the brunch.
For P2,950 nett per person, Nobu Manila’s Sunday eat-all-you can brunch menu becomes even more attractive, as Nobu Manila offers an appealing 25% discount until August 31, for fully vaccinated individuals availing of the Sunday brunch promotion. The discount applies per person during a single, dine-in transaction upon presentation of the diner’s vaccination card and a valid identification card.
Nobu’s renowned innovative cuisine also introduces touches of local flavors at this venue as the Sunday brunch puts a spotlight on Filipino inspired dishes, including Nobu-style Chicken Inasal and Nobu Sisig, providing a distinct gustatory experience unique to Nobu Manila. The brunch doesn’t disappoint as it also highlights extensive choices of classic Nobu dishes and freshly prepared sushi and sashimi, which can be endlessly enjoyed in an assortment of oshizushi (pressed sushi), chirashi (sushi rice bowl with a medley of sushi and other toppings), a premium Chef’s selection of cup sushi; a variety of custom Nobu sashimi such as Tuna Matsuhisa, Yellowtail Jalapeño, assorted maki rolls, and fresh oysters matched of course with Nobu signature sauces and dressings such as the Karashi Su Miso (KSM) and Matsuhisa dressing. Nobu Sunday Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations are encouraged due to limited seating and restricted capacities for indoor and al fresco dining. For the rest of the week, Nobu Manila is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. offering donburi specials for lunch, and an a la carte and signature Omakase menus for dinner.
