PLDT Enterprise recently fortified its partnership with Figaro Group as it provides additional digital services that will augment the connectivity and communication requirements of Figaro’s branches nationwide.
Figaro Coffee Systems signed up for PLDT Enterprise’s ISDN PRI Services, with a total of 60 Channels, to complement their already existing Trunk line service in all branches. This is in addition to using BEYOND FIBER, part of PLDT Enterprise solutions that will speed up and further secure their communications and data transmittal processes. With the increased demand for online food deliveries given the pandemic, Figaro can immediately attend to orders and deliveries of their customers since their hotline and network are founded on the reliable services of PLDT Enterprise.
Mitch Locsin, PLDT FVP & Enterprise Revenue Group Head said that, “the additional services that Figaro Group have availed of highlights the continuing solid partnership between PLDT Enterprise and Figaro Group which started in 2015. We both have the shared mission to provide the best quality products and services to our customers, and this latest signing is indicative of the trust and confidence that Figaro Group has placed with PLDT Enterprise.”
“Despite these very challenging times, the food business climate has remained very competitive, particularly for the Figaro Group, and connectivity with our end customers and B2B clients is key to staying successful. PLDT remains our preferred Telco Partner, and the technological advantage that PLDT Enterprise gives us, provides optimal support for our organization to achieve our business goals. The opportunity to gain a competitive advantage by equipping our system with the right technology, and evolve with the emerging trends will help ensure that our products are always easily accessible to our customers. We look forward to an even stronger partnership with PLDT Enterprise in the future,” said Mike Barret, COO of Figaro Group.
Figaro Coffee was established in 1993 by a group of coffee lovers and enthusiasts which served high-quality coffee and delicious pastries in a lounge-like atmosphere. Its championing of local Barako coffee has made it the epitome of what a world-class global homegrown brand can become, with 20 company-owned stores and over 40 franchised outlets. It has since become Figaro Group, having diversified its food service offerings with the acquisition of Angel’s Pizza and Tien Ma’s Taiwanese Cuisine.
Anthony Fernandez, AVP & CRM Head of PLDT Enterprise expressed gratitude on the fortified partnership with Figaro Group, adding that “working together allows us to not only support them technologically, but it also gives us the opportunity to patronize our customers’ products, by bringing Figaro Group’s brands and products into the program for PLDT Group. We look forward to helping them grow their business more, and to succeed alongside PLDT Enterprise.”
